Create You Own Rose Sympathy Card - FREEBIE

Well, sadly enough, I've had to make about 7 sympathy cards this week! Old people, beware, because the grandparentals are dropping over like flies!

I found these
beautiful cards on SplitCoasterStampers, but I did not have the floral background stamp used nor the sympathy saying, so I created a rose background in PSP as well as a set of 2.5" square sympathy sayings. I printed them out and affixed them with a ribbon to the front of a 4.25x5.5" card:

The elements I made are available as FREEBIES to you:

You can download a .zip file of all of the colorized backgrounds AND sympathy sayings HERE.

PLEASE leave a comment at 4Shared or here if you choose to download the items... Remember these are for personal (not-for-sale) use only!

THX!

Digital Anniversary & Wedding Card Front FREEBIES

I had to make a anniversary card and I was working in PSP - found this neat black-n-white L-O-V-E image on a Google search so I recolored it to red and white and made the "live-laugh-love" background.

Card front is sized to 4.25"x5.5" so you should be able to print it out and just adhere it to the front of your cardstock! It's all ready for you!

Click on each preview to go to the full-size image. Then right-click and save it to your harddrive.
Please leave my watermark intact.

Please leave some love in the comment section of this blog if you chose to save them.

All of my freebies are for personal use only and may not be redistributed. Please send your friends to my blog to snag something for themselves! THX!

Digital Stampin' Wheel Tutorial

One of the comments posted was about how to use a wheel - below are some cards I made.

The first one is completely digital - created in Paint Shop Pro and saved as a .jpg file. I divided a horizontal 8.5x11" horizontal sheet into fourths (in MSWord or MSPublisher - I also use Serif Page Plus - any word processing program would work). I then insert the digital card front into the bottom two squares and print out the sheet. Cut the sheet in half and fold each card in half and you'll have your card ready!!

Sample:

For the next set of cards, I printed out the wheel stamps, cropped them and affixed to the fronts of cards with ribbon and other embellishments:

Hope that gives you some ideas!
Enjoy!
